Lights Before Christmas
Now – December 30, 2011 from 6:00PM – 9:00PM (Closed Nov 24, Dec 24 & Dec 25)
Lights Before Christmas has become one of the most popular Columbia, South Carolina annual holiday events of the season. It is the only place in town where it snows every night and visitors can find nearly one million twinkling lights!

Holiday Lights on the River
NOW - December 31, 2011
Holiday Lights on the River offers the largest drive through lights show in the Midlands. Visit Saluda Shoals Park and watch as it comes alive with 400 themed, animated light displays on a 2 mile loop.

Christmas in Cayce
NOW – December 31, 2011
Cayce offers quite a few holiday events throughout December. To start, visitors can take a ride through the Cayce City Hall complex to enjoy twinkling lights, holiday displays, and festive music!

Caroling Along the Cayce Riverwalk

Cayce Riverwalk Park offers a unique caroling experience during the Christmas holiday season. Area church choirs will be located throughout the first half mile of the park and visitors can wander from choir to choir as they listen to joyous holiday music!

A Whoville Christmas Carol

Join us as the Chosen Dance Academy performers bring you this exciting rendition of the classic How The Grinch Stole Christmas. This original dance production features jazz, ballet, tap, musical theater, & hip-hop!

24th Annual Columbia Christmas Pageant
December 8 - 11, 2011
Join First Baptist Columbia for a unique event that has been a South Carolina Family Tradition since 1988. Admission is free but a ticket is required for this event. Tickets are available at the First Baptist Ticket Office.

Harborside Lights
December 10, 2011 from 5:00 - 8:00PM
Celebrate the holiday season at Lake Carolina's eighth annual Harborside Lights! Join us for lots of holiday fun including horse-drawn carriage and hay rides, photos with
Santa, Screen on the Green, amazing food, live music and holiday shopping.

Christmas Open House at the Lexington County Museum

All of the houses at the Lexington County Museum complex will be open and will feature period Christmas decorations and live music. This event is free to the public and there will be light refreshments, including hot apple cider and gingerbread!

Jamil Shriners New Years Eve Celebration

Join us for an exciting New Years Eve Celebration Charity Event. The Jamil Shriners are hosting this 2011 - 2012 celebration and everyone is invited. Net proceeds from this event are for the benefit of Shriners Hospitals for Children.
