To celebrate the final days of the popular traveling exhibition, Between the Springmaid Sheets, the Museum is hosting “Bourbon & Bowties,” an event that will honor the inspiring true story of the Springs Cotton Mills, as well as local entrepreneurs and artisans.This Columbia event features specialty cocktails and cuisine from Bourbon Columbia, signature take-home event glasses made by Mr. B's Sustainable Glassworks from recycled wine bottles, the final showing of the Between the Springmaid Sheets exhibition, South Carolina made bowties for demo, sale and auction, bow tying lessons, and a silent auction!
Viva La Vista

Viva La Vista is Columbia's premier food festival located in the heart of the Congaree Vista in downtown Columbia, South Carolina. Covering nearly four city blocks, the festival spans Lincoln Street from Lady to Senate and parts of Gervais Street.The event celebrates the fall with lots of live music, beverages and, of course, a taste of The Vista’s most popular restaurants.
